No reports were received from County Council ,District Council or the Police .
Planning Applications/ Planning Matters:
2007/01004 Mr R Parkhouse, Land adjacent to Corfe House, St Mabyn –
Erection of a new three bedroom detached dwelling. New application expected for approval.
2007/01459 Ms Antonia Willis, Tregarden, St Mabyn –
Demolition of stone shed, erection of single storey room linked to existing house with open loggia attached. No Objections /Support.

Listed Building Consent for the demolition of stone shed, erection of single storey room linked to existing house with open loggia attached. No Objections / Support.
2006/02529 Congent (UK) Ltd, Longstone Filling Station, St Mabyn: No further response from NCDC Environmental Services and Planning & Development in relation to the condition of this site.
Playing Field gates had been painted, new tyres had been fitted to the see-saw and the wood sections surrounding the play areas were being replaced. Thanks to Mr Alf Finnamore (Chairman) for over-seeing and assisting with repairs.
CCC Local Maintenance Project 2007/2008: The path at Longstone required further work to extend the width as the initial cut appeared to be inadequate. This will be actioned
Road B3266 at Longstone and School Transport: Longstone Action Group. The Council agreed to ask the County Council to consider further reducing the speed limit through Lonsgtone, and will request further traffic calming methods be implemented such as rumble strips and seek clarification as to the trimming of junctions for driver/pedestrian visibility safety.
Longstone Notice Board: The step up to the notice board and the paving slabs had now been installed.
