Allotments & Parking

The Village Hall Committee is discussing, with interested Parties the siting of land for Allotments in the Village. The Committee is in touch with the Area National Allotment Association Representative and the Management of the Glebe Estate Ltd. To-date 17 people have expressed an interest in allotments.
Parking is an ongoing issue in the Village – a further site to facilitate 40 car parking spaces to ease congestion in the Village, is being investigated. These are initial searches only.
A Meeting will be arranged in December or January when open discussion with the National Allotment Association will take place in the Village Hall.
