12 affordable dwellings

Midas Housing Development  in St Mabyn
For the attention of St Mabyn Parishioners

Section 106 Planning Agreement (Midas)
The Developer agrees to provide 12 affordable dwelling units of

6 x affordable Rental units
6 x affordable Sale units

All the properties will be subject to the planning restrictions as determined by the section 106 Agreement relating to Midas .  They will all be allocated according to the Cornwall Homechoice policy and the section 106 Agreement. Applicants must be registered on Cornwall Homechoice and they will be given a banding according to their housing need. All potential applicants should therefore ensure now, that they are registered.

When the properties are near to completion, they will be advertised on the web and in the Western Morning News, under Cornwall Homechoice.  They will be  allocated according to the allocations policy, the requirements of the section 106, and any local lettings plan that may be agreed, to deal with initial lets at the schemeOn the Agenda for the Parish Council Meeting
Tues 18 Jan  7.30 p.m in the Village Hall

the above will be discussed with the assistance of
Cornwall Council Area Housing Management.
Parishioners are encouraged to come along to the
meeting when there will be an open discussion
under Item “Affordable Housing – St Mabyn”
