Parish councillor barred for two years

Councillor Ron Heath has been disqualified for bullying the ex-chairman and bringing St Mabyn Parish Council into disrepute. The decision at Bodmin County Court was reached by a judge, a senior local government officer and an elected member sitting at the court.
