info required on tractor

Can anyone help Natalie and Matt? A tractor with a flat trailer carrying a huge slab of slate has just reversed into their wall, smashing the wall and gate with a Big Bang - sped off very quickly as knew he had hit the wall. It was a blue tractor with possibly a yellow trailer, and the number plate could have been MK11 BYH . Any information would be very much appreciated.
