Pencarrow Cricket Club

What a fantastic season for Pencarrow Cricket Club. The 1st team secured its third successive promotion in the Cornwall Cricket League and its midweek XI won the Newlyn East League t20 cup. There is some more good news for Pencarrow CC - it will be entering a 2nd team into the league in readiness for the 2015 cricketing calendar. This is an exciting venture for the club, which plans to use this team to introduce young players to the game as well as those individuals who'd like to play fun, relaxed cricket on a Saturday afternoon, no matter their age or ability. The ground is stunning and our ethos is team spirited. We are really keen to extend a hand out to the local community, those villages that surround the Pencarrow House Estate. We would dearly love to establish a community based club that can cater for those wishing to take part in club life, whether that's on the field playing the great game, watching from the sidelines or helping us to grow.
