Village hall

Saturday, November 10, saw the 'Big Night Out' dance take place. A terrific choice of favourite music with our own DJ Mike Heywood spinning the disks, everyone found a tune to their liking - disco to salsa Mike had it. These events are always held to assist the upkeep of the village hall and/or to support one of the small social groups within the village.

Coffee mornings

The next coffee morning is on Friday from 10.30am to 11.30am. This continues to be a most enjoyable friendly social event. Newcomers into the village have a unique opportunity to mix with residents who are only too willing to welcome them to coffee and biscuits. £1 per person.
