ST MABYN PEACE MEMORIAL HALL - CHARITY NUMBER 300623
A meeting will be held in the Hall at 7.00pm, on Tuesday 11th January, 2011 to discuss, and if agreed, adopt the new Constitution.
This has been updated because many of the groups represented on the Committee no longer exist, and current user groups are not represented.
A copy of the new Constitution will be posted on the Village Hall noticeboard and further copies will be available in January from Kitty Hotchkiss on 841894.
All parishioners are members of the charity so please come along and give your opinion of the changes.
