Bag2school collection

St Mabyn Home School Association would like to thank all the villagers who brought along bags for the bag2school collection on the 21st December. We counted nearly a hundred bags altogether! The items have been taken for sorting and weighing and we hope to hear just how much money we have raised for the school garden very soon. If you forgot to bring your sack on the day, don't worry and please don't get rid of them because we are having another collection in June. If you don't want to store the bags please bring them into the school and we'll keep them until the collection date. Thank you.

The Village pump

Thanks to Ruth who spotted a postcard on e-bay of the pump at St. Mabyn. The gentleman is, she thinks, Mr. Snelgrove who may have lived opposite near Mr Dingles house.
